Thomas Chow, an audio-visual enthusiast in using new mediums to develop creative projects to resonate with our hometown and the social phenomenon happening in our city. Thomas is currently working as a video specialist under various areas, work areas include directing, cinematography and art direction.
 

After graduating from the Journalism and Communications program in CUHK, focusing on creative media and film production, his works explore multi-faceted forms of visual culture and art forms through video format. Over the years, he directed various short films, campaign videos and music video projects: “You and Us (2022)”, “Red Dot(2022)”, “Lasts Days”(2021), “Falling”(2021), “EGG”(2021), etc. and assisted in video production projects of various parties, ranging from C Allstar, Royal Jade, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Panther Chan, etc. and he participated in X-Xperimenting Exhibition Danny Yung 50 Year Creations and City of 0 in Hong Kong as one of the assistant curators in creating video installations and creative media projects in these exhibitions. He plans to launch his local-based short film project shortly, focusing on human desire and local culture.

我是周雋曦Thomas，我認為自己是一個孤獨的同行者。

 

我認為影像創作是孤獨的，因為大家都會有自己的想法，有時候你的想法唯你所有，的確是難以言語並獲得別人全部認可。一個人去做創作就是這樣，我有好多橋無從發揮，那如何辦？我或去要找同行者去一起實踐想法。

 

同時，我會稱自己為同行者是因為除了實踐自己的創意想法外，我更喜愛合力去成就他人想法，那種一起向前衝的感覺是我所享受的。

 

未來我會繼續做不同類型的跨媒體創作，如電影製作，短片創作，劇本及製作，並希望將更多跨媒體原素放在影片製作中。日後我希望能將個人創作短片放到不同電影節參展，並繼續做創作。
